Hello there and welcome to Episode 7 of Theatrical Shenanigans. This week we have a piece from UK based playwright Trish Bertram, who had always wanted to try and write plays and screenplays and is finally able to make the time for it. She's had works done as staged readings and monologues performed and filmed previously.
Trish's piece is entitled "Sky Horses" and initially came out of a class exercise to write 10 minute plays. The idea being to learn about structure - as the same principles apply to short and longer work. “What do the characters want, what’s stopping them getting it, what happens?”
