First off, Happy New Year! Did you make any resolutions? If so, how are those going? In today's episode we talk about making behavioral change and personal growth as well as explore the difficulties in sustaining long-term growth. In this episode I review 4 concepts and tips that I use regularly in therapy with clients to support them in their own development of sustainable personal growth and development.
