One of the most efficient things you can do for your business is to NOT get emotional when it comes to your business decisions. As entrepreneurs, we can end up reacting before responding and because of this, we make harmful decisions when it comes to clients, businesses, and employees.
In this episode, I break down what it means to be emotional in business and how it can affect you in the long run. I too have found myself making emotional decisions when it comes to my employees, my clients, and my business overall. I have a feeling you have experienced these emotions as well.
