Gil Carrillo is the detective who helped capture the infamous serial killer, Richard Ramirez, who was known as the “Night Stalker” and was recently featured in the Netflix documentary Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer. This is a two part episode. Today, we go over his upbringing, his time in Vietnam, and how he got into law enforcement. On episode 2 we get into the details about the night stalker case.
