By asking ourselves who we're surrounded by, what they're doing to us, and whether it's okay, we can begin to make intentional decisions about the relationships that shape our lives.

I also encourage you to take stock of who's at your table, whether in your personal or professional life, and consider whether they're helping you lead a purpose-driven life or simply drifting along.
