As I reflect on a crucial question that can impact our lives: who's around your table? The people we surround ourselves with have a profound influence on our thoughts, behaviors, and outcomes. By asking ourselves who we're surrounded by, what they're doing to us, and whether it's okay, we can begin to make intentional decisions about the relationships that shape our lives.

In today's episode, I share my favorite question from Jim Rohn - "Who am I around?" - and how it has helped me grow as a person. I also encourage you to take stock of who's at your table, whether in your personal or professional life, and consider whether they're helping you lead a purpose-driven life or simply drifting along.
