But I played it anyway!
I bought my ticket today.. I really don’t play the lottery very often, but when it gets to a billion and a half dollars, I don't mind spending a few dollars for the entertainment value… (I never spend more than $10)
The real value of the ticket for me is it reawakens my inner dreaming child…
As we grow up, our ability to dream takes a beating…
I have never been in a corporate job that encourages fanciful dreaming… Quite the opposite…
But when you start to wonder… "What would I do with a BILLION dollars?"
Go to space? Pay off the debts of everyone I like? Buy a hot air balloon? Travel everywhere? Personally fund that show that you hated they cancelled?
What would it be??
The crazier the better…
Experience that joy again that we had when we were five…
Let it fill that parched part of your soul that has been dying from lack of use… The part that the "real world" of economics and politics and bleh tries to crush…
Wake up your inner child!
Come play with me… It is time for fun and fantasies… Even if for only a little while..
