This week, I’m speaking 🎙️ with Josh Sapienza, my first food and beverage Tech company! Whoohoo! Look out everybody Thirsty Thursdays @ 3PM EST is branching out! The segment is called Tech Bites!
Josh, has a varied and vast experience of 30-plus years in the restaurant industry. From managing restaurants to finding the perfect location via real estate to all types of consulting from concept to expansion.

Josh jumped feet-first into the tech world a few years ago and is leveraging AI to revolutionize restaurant ratings and reviews. His app uses AI to match people with restaurants based on their personal taste profile.

Your restaurant list and ratings are private on the platform but you can share lists of restaurants you make with the Spotify-like list maker. You can also share lists others have created. For example, if you were planning a trip to another city you can download or follow someone else's list of favorite restaurants in that city with similar taste preferences and find restaurants perfect for you.

It has been described as a "dating app for your mouth". Josh’s team has revolutionized a new “private” way to rate your favorite restaurants in cities all around the world. It’s designed to support independent restaurants and the diverse communities they serve by democratizing great restaurant recommendations.

You’re going to love this app and I encourage you to try it right now. Head to www.trycourseapp.com and start making your own AI restaurant-generated list.
