I came across The Survivors Trust many years ago when I realised that when people think of Rape and Sexual Assault, the survivors are often overlooked in favour of anger against the perpetrator. So I was determined to do something to help those people. I shaved my head for Charity, and we did a charity stream to raise money for them, and in that stream, Fay actually asked if she could come along and be involved. After that, I knew that I had to reach out and ask her to come and share the charity's amazing work on my podcast.
