Joshua has celiac disease he cannot eat wheat, rye or barley, so we have to be very creative with getting him the nutrition he needs. In our exploration of nutrients, we've discovered bugs! Bugs are a great solution for him. Insects are protein that includes all nine essential amino acids; they’re a prebiotic fiber, very high in antioxidants, a perfect Omega 3:6 high in B12, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, and more.
