On this episode of This Day In History, Armand is joined by Eric, one of the hosts of the Surreal Talk podcast, to tell us about the death of the Roman emperor, Tiberius Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, who died at the age of 63 on this day in 54 AD. Ancient historians generally agree that Claudius was murdered by poison contained in mushrooms or on a feather. His last wife, Agrippina, is rumored to have played a key role in his death.
Also on this day, Margaret Thatcher is born in 1925 and Nancy Kerrigan is born in 1969!
