If you'd like to try a Lazy Eye at home here's the recipe;

1.5 oz. London Dry Gin

.5 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur

.24 oz. Creme de Cassis

1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

.5 oz. simple syrup

1/2 fresh egg white

In a shaker combine gin, St Germaine, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white, and briefly shake hard without ice to froth up the egg white. Add ice and shake again to chill, then strain into a coupe. In an off-center spot, pour the Creme de Cassis through the foamy head of the drink; it'll float to the bottom. Then, with an eye dropper, add several drops of Creme de Cassis on top of the foam in the spot where you poured it in, to create the lazy eye that gives the drink its name.
