On this week’s episode of Thrive Like a Parent podcast, I want to give you a guideline of how to support yourself through that time. Dysregulation into regulation does not happen overnight. Anxiety into calm does not happen in a blink of an eye. Fight or flight into rest and digest does not happen overnight. It takes time, especially when you've been pounding the pavement all year long. That's the exact reason why I don't want you to start adding more to your plate with your family or taking on the emotional dysregulation of your family during this season.
