In this Podcast we're gonna talk about gratitude. Yeah, I feel like this is an important topic in this time and season. For today, we need to grab hold and discuss what healthy gratitude looks like. So Matt and I are gonna have a conversation today.

If you are offered a simple way to improve your mental health, tap into happiness and better your relationship, would you do it? YES!

We’re presenting gratitude as a simple concept inviting people to notice and appreciate around them. It can just be anywhere from sunset, to a child laughing, to a kind gesture. While simple in nature, gratitude relies of 2 things, attention and intention.

As we go thru our lives, we have work to do, tasks, emergencies, responsibilities, or other worthy causes that we do, that demand our attention.

Someone once said that gratitude is the umbrella that includes feeling connected to something larger than yourself to having the courage to open your heart and feel compassion. Savoring a moment and gratitude for each day makes life happier and more fulfilled.

So, how do you approach gratitude? What’s the impact of gratitude to our lives?
