Katie Dewhurst is the founder and CEO of Hello Balance, a health and wellness company helping women optimize their health through food. Katie is a certified functional medicine health coach and nutritionist, a cookbook author, and the founder of the Hello Baby Prenatal Nutrition Course which teaches women everything they need to know about optimizing their nutrition for pregnancy. She’s spent the last 6 years living abroad in Singapore and building her private coaching practice.
