At a time when men's ministries are struggling -- and men are struggling -- Christ Led Communities is thriving. Craig Fry, who has led CLC for the past 11 years, explains why. The two keys to CLC's success, he says, are:

  1. building brotherhood bonds in small groups of men
  2. a call to commitment
