Court order gets issued to the Missouri Department of Corrections to ban smoking throughout the facility grounds. Now, this is not an easy order to give because it affects the whole inmate population. Even though the order is needed, there are a few issues that must be addressed before the correctional officers can carry out that order. These issues must be addressed for the overall safety of the correctional officer given the order. Listen in as Anthony Gangi and Gary York discuss the best methods that need to be utilized when ordering the inmate population to hand over their tobacco.
