Lauren Buglioli is a Los Angeles born actress with three big projects about to be released! She landed roles in Tyler Perry’s new film “A Jazzman’s Blues” on Netflix, “Florida Man” from Jason Bateman’s production company starring opposite Edgar Ramirez, and “Bad Monkey” with Vince Vaughn coming to Apple TV+. In this episode, she discusses working on each of these projects and her acting journey. She also speaks about her stance on body positivity and why she’s hoping to inspire others to not compare themselves to the filtered photos of social media, and how once she let go of the idea of who she should be and embraced herself as she was, she found that she was not only happier, but also began working more as an actor.
In addition to acting, she is also an accomplished equestrian and a former teacher. She is passionate about working with foster children and those with special needs and Heart Gallery is a project she devotes her time to.
