There comes a time when you must cut ties with someone in order to personally or professionally grow. In order for the Indianapolis Colts to get better, they must fire their coach in Chuck Pagano. Chuck honorably dealt with cancer in 2012 and has been an outstanding role model for players and fans to emulate. Chuck has also been the victim of circumstances having to go without his best player in Andrew Luck, being forced to use subpar surrounding talent, and overcoming massive amounts of injuries. Yet, Chuck might be the first casualty in rebuilding what is a broken franchise in the Indianapolis Colts.
