The construction industry has heavily turned into a rush, rush throw away industry which has lead to a large increase in dumping of previously used material but also a shift in attitude that really needs to change. Today I sat down with Jon who comes to us with a wealth of construction experience, life experience and has transitioned into a role of helping youth recognise structure, work ethics and respect via the construction industry.
