Based in Belgium, Els is a certified coach, mentor, therapist and spiritual teacher. She studied kinesiology and specializes in critical development guidance (from Dr Hendrickx) ensuring the connection between body and mind are aligned.
Having studied with the Eastern Master, Tulku Lobsang, her spiritual talents have been developed and fine-tuned through the teachings of Marie Diamond and today, Els is a master teacher of the Inner Diamond method. She is also a certified coach in body based trauma.
