Our guest, Kiyah, is a recent college grad who identified as nonbinary for nearly 2 years when she was an undergraduate. After realizing the damaging mindset of the modern "queer" community, she turned away from being an extreme identity politics activist. She now is on Twitter where she shares her experiences, and advocates for people to step away from blind tribalism and think freely. Her twitter handle is @growingtotruth if you’d like to follow her there.
Kiyah graciously agreed to talk to us about her own experience of choosing a non-binary identity, what that meant to her at the time, and why she eventually left it behind.
