On this episode, we discuss the 2022 Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class project to renovate the Kathlyn J. Gilliam Museum, the family home of the first black woman to serve as a trustee and president of the Dallas Independent School District board. The museum is also used as an afterschool programs facility, but the building was damaged by fire twice in the last few years.
