I know everyone here is familiar with those dark places cause somehow we've all been through there. In this episode, I'll help you talk about these things and learn how you can overcome this phase in your life. How you thought you figured it all out but then something hits you and BOOM! you're at your lowest point. And also be aware of yourself because self-talk can be destructive as it seems. Challenges are not a bad thing, it just helps us become stronger. So! What do you do if you're at your lowest point? And how do you move forward from that? Tune in and LISTEN!
