In this episode I talk on “healing thyself” by tapping inside of your body-mind and finding out what has been holding you back. Meditation does the trick for me. I’ve been medicating myself w it for years and can say that we truly are healers we just have to be aware what we are getting ourselves involved in and ask the right questions.
