The housing market has transformed dramatically in the last few years, especially due to factors like inflation, immigration levels, the cost of living and capacity constraints. It’s a topic being discussed everywhere and at every level of impact– housing is expensive and there’s only so much regulation that can be implemented to soften the blow of a harsh market.
