Ted's body was found floating in the Grand River in Brantford, Ontario on June 27th, 1975. The cause of death was confirmed to be drowning, but the police didn't initially investigate as they determine the manner of death was accidental whilst Ted was swimming... None of these early conclusions made sense. When the police finally re-opened the case in 2003, the entire original case file has been destroyed. in this episode we cover what facts we do know and interview on the two people who found Ted's body on that Friday.
