In this episode of the True Crime Society Podcast, we discuss updates in the Delphi murder case, new details in the case of missing child Harmony Montgomery as well as updates in the Moscow murder case.
- At the end of June 2023, 118 documents were released in the Delphi murder case. These documents were previously sealed. We have now learned about Richard Allen’s alleged confessions to the murders, as well as about items seized from his home.
- Harmony Montgomery was last seen alive in 2019 and she was not reported missing until 2021. An affidavit has now been released that outline horrific details about Harmony’s final moments. This section does contain graphic details so please use caution when listening.
- Prosecutors have announced that they intend to seek the death penalty for Bryan Kohberger in the Moscow murder trial. The house where the four University of Idaho students were murdered in November 2022 is due to be demolished soon and we discuss that.
