Isaac Manning got his masters from MIT in Architecture and joined forces with Ross Perot Jr. and Mike Berry (Hillwood.) Isaac was involved in the birth of Alliance Airport, the nation's fastest-growing industrial complex. Alliance Airport is the world’s first industrial-only airport that has produced $84 billion in total direct investment for Alliance, TX since inception….and would likely not exist if it weren’t for the visionaries of Hillwood.
