Today, we’re honored to be welcoming the author of this book, Kate Deering, onto the show.
For over 25 years, Kate Deering has been involved in the health and fitness industry helping men and women of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness. Her practice is based on a holistic approach to health and wellness by looking at the entirety of a person’s well-being, including their diet, stress, exercise, posture, sleep, digestion, hormones, mind-set and lifestyle.
She is a certified CHEK Exercise Coach, a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach 2, an Olympic Lifting Coach, a Z-health Practitioner in neurology, and a Certified Nutritional Consultant.
