But are our actions truly serving us and allowing us to live our best lives? Are they based in reality? Are we participating in activities simply because everyone else is, or have we analyzed these ideas to determine if they even make sense?
It's long overdue for us to start challenging our ideas and beliefs about what humanity should be doing.
