In todays show we talk about the one and only Clearwater Lake, the Lake that Erik has called home for over 10 years and where Erik and Adam both got their start on the Gunflint Trail. We breakdown and review the seven campsites on its north shore, talk about the different options for portaging out of the lake and generally go on and on about how wonderful the Lake is. Clearwater Lake is entry point #62 and has 3 daily quotas allotted to it from May 1-September 30. The majority of the lake is within the BWCA and allows motors up to 9.9 horsepower throughout the entire lake.
