There are many ways people react to the cold of winter. Some bundle up and find comfort in the warmth of a nice home and the company of family. Some focus on the holiday season and the joy it brings. Then there are the others. Those who react to the bitter cold of winter by shuttering the outside world. It is this group that we focus on in this episode. What does winter depression look like and how do people react to it. Also, where might you go to break the cycle of winter depression. If you could choose anywhere to go, where would it be? Join us as we dive into depression and our favorite places!
