Michelle: VocÃª sabe, no Brasil a gente nunca usaria uma bolsa de paetÃª como a dela durante o dia.
Valdo: Ã� verdade! Olha a calÃ§a dele ... jeans com chinelo!
Michelle: Eh, por aÃ a gente percebe a diferenÃ§a entre a roupa deles e a nossa.
Valdo: Mas esse Ã© o nosso conceito, como brasileiros, sobre a roupa deles. SerÃ¡ que aos olhos deles as suas roupas tambÃ©m nÃ£o sÃ£o um pouco bregas?

Valdo: Es verdad! Mira sus pantalones ... vaqueros con chinelas!
Michelle: Por aquÃ te das cuenta de la diferencia entre su ropa y la nuestra.
Valdo: Pero esa es nuestra idea, como brasileÃ±os, sobre su ropa. Â¿SerÃ¡ que para ellos la ropa tuya serÃa un poco rara tambiÃ©n?

Valdo: What wrong with her purse? I looks like your purse.
Michelle: You know, in Brazil we'd never use a sequined purse like she's got during the daytime.
Valdo: You're right! And look at her pants ... jeans with flip flops!
Michelle: Yea, around here you notice the difference between their clothing and ours.
Valdo: But that is our idea, as Brazilians, about their clothes. Don't you think that in from their perspective your clothes might seem a little tacky too?
