Twin sisters Stevie Simpson and Krystal Simpson may come from a small town, but they have big dreams. Passionate about real estate from a young age, they have dedicated themselves to learning as much as possible about real estate and every trade involved in home construction and renovation. In 2015 they took the biggest risk of their lives borrowing heavily to purchase their first flip in Scarborough Ontario, they were so invested they slept on the floor of the property while working on the reno. Now just five short years later they have their first upscale project in Rosedale a prosperous neighbourhood located in mid-town in Toronto. With their current focus being on building a solid team of Realtors and investors, it won’t be long before you see their names on big projects across the GTA and beyond.
