The financial advisory industry is one of those fields that tends to be heavily skewed male, but according to one survey, 70 percent of women looking for a financial adviser prefer to work with women. Salt Lake-based Albion Financial Group has made an effort to defy the trend, and 56 percent of their employees are women. Sarah Bird and Liz Bernhard are two of them.
