Phil Argent (like this host) has been around since the early days of the web. As one of the original QXL Ricardo (remember them?) team he helped scale a massive 9 figure dotcom success story. And that was after working with Richard Branson at Virgin in the 90s. With multiple roles since and a new disruptive gardening business resurgent today, Phil discovered his ADHD officially in recent years and has embraced his superpower as a way of forging a new world for him and others. My son was recently diagnosed with Autism (ASD) and to inspire him my mission is to interview amazing champions and winners from the worlds of business, sports, film & tv, music, etc who have triumphed despite (or often because?) of their neuro diversity.

We will ask them three questions and see where the conversation takes us over 10-15 minutes. What challenge did you face? What happened next? Where are you now?
