In studio for the first time co-hosting is Rob Ciani (pictured) from your New York State United Teachers, he will talk up activism and its importance for our union educators. We got Labor 411's Union Made in the USA Thanksgiving feast food item list - plus they will be opening up shop in Washington DC - we got the press release on that! LIBN's Greg Zeller wrote up something interesting on using the boss's email system - could be a rule change at the National Labor Relations Board. We have audio from the Nassau Police Benevolent Associations Veterans Day Food Drive. We got hilarious audio of Marc Dice screaming at people shopping on Thanksgiving last year. The UCOMM Radio Nation will be hitting the streets on Black Friday to protest Walmart so we will get Audrey Sasson from Walmart Free NYC, former Walmart worker Kimberly Saget from Jobs with Justice and current Walmart worker from Florida Emily Wells of OUR WALMART on the horn to talk strategy, messaging and shine on light on America's most hated retailer. Plus as usual the UCOMM Radio Sports Report with JAMO - the Red Hot Albany minute with Glen Casey, the UCOMM News Network, this week in twitter and a few new alt rock tunes.
