- Self-publishing books – available on her website and Amazon
- Grew passionate about writing and sharing money saving tips.
- Wrote several other books- self published
- Contacted by other publishers – didn’t feel it was right
- Christian literacy agent contacted Erin, because of her blog.
- Researched the agent.
- Prayed – God said, walk in this… his timing was right. Signed with the agent.
- Sent in a book proposal when God’s timing is right. Almost two years later. Sent to her agent.
- Within a month book offers came in – Erin accepted the contract with Zondervan.

- To be able to write
- To have some type of platform
