In this episode I talk to Freddie Pullen about how he is supporting entrepreneurs to streamline their businesses and avoid burnout.

After being involved in a serious car accident with his partner Antonia they've both made the move to Dubai and started StudioNu which looks at how small changes in the office environment can lead to big improvements in productivity and wellbeing.

Freddie talks me through the decision to move to Dubai and start fresh, the pushback he gets from friends and family, the journey he's been on from mergers and acquisitions in FTSE100 companies to where he is now.

He also hosts the Healthy Entrepreneur Club Podcast and has a scorecard system for helping entrepreneurs identify the areas in which they can improve.
