In this episode I talk to Paul Guyon whose journey includes growing a business to $50 Million, overcoming addiction and finding his focus with small businesses.

Paul walks me through his role in the growth of a tech startup to being a big corporate, the incident that led to him being let go and how the stress of the corporate environment contributed to his addictions.

We then explore what caused him to make changes in his life, how we gave up the drinking and the drugs and how reconnecting with his faith enabled him to start walking a different path.

From there we discuss the importance of relationships and support networks, and why helping small business owners is where he feels more comfortable.

Finally, Paul gives his thoughts for anyone wanting to make changes in their lives and key questions to help put everything into perspective.
