In this episode I talk to Jo Swann - the founder of Chocolate PR. Jo spent many years working in corporate PR for large brands but after some soul-searching realised it was no longer what she wanted to do.

During our chat Jo takes me through her transition from corporate PR and the one event that changed everything for her.

She also takes me through the work she does to help female entrepreneurs tell their story to the press and the steps to get someone "press ready". We also talk about becoming comfortable with our own stories and that we don't have to share everything all of the time and Jo gives an example of a client who gradually became more comfortable sharing stories from her past.

Finally, Jo gives some tips and guidance for people who want more visibility for themselves and their business.

You can connect with Jo on the Chocolate PR website - https://www.chocolatepr.co.uk and on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/jochocpr/ , or grab a copy of her book "Celebrating YOU" on Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Celebrating-YOU-Empowering-entrepreneurs-confident/dp/B0BB5MCBRF
