In this episode I share some thoughts on how email automation can be used to support the growth of a business.

After spending years creating automations for billion-dollar brands and unravelling the complexities I'm a big fan of email and how automations can be created for different types of communication.

I also provide some examples of automations you can create for your business from the follow-up after someone gives you their email address to automated flows for surveys and feedback and structured series to help people understand more about you and your business.

Finally I give some thoughts on how email and automations can be set up to help you save time in the long run compared with manual sending, and how they can help you convert customers on autopilot.
