Welcome to "Uncut with Q," where authenticity meets insight in unfiltered conversations about life and success. I'm your host, Q, and in today's episode, we're joined by a special guest: Sam, whose journey from basketball dreams to real estate success is as unconventional as it is inspiring.

Hailing from Virginia, Sam harbored dreams of making it big in basketball, fueled by a burning desire to play at the college level and beyond. However, the harsh reality of not meeting the height requirements dashed those aspirations. Undeterred, Sam pivoted and found himself in the world of sales, where he discovered a knack for closing deals and a passion for entrepreneurship.

With determination as his guide, Sam saved diligently, amassing a nest egg of at least 11 grand—a sum that would become the seed of his next venture. It was through a chance encounter with a stranger that Sam's path took an unexpected turn. A customer at his workplace introduced him to the concept of flipping houses, sparking a curiosity that would soon blossom into a full-fledged passion. Armed with newfound knowledge and a hunger for success, Sam took the leap into real estate, using his savings as a springboard to dive headfirst into the world of property investment.
