First, we recap Meyer's Briggs (MBTI).
Then, we spend most of the episode discussing what I call "Quadrant Theory" of personalities: essentially breaking personalities down into four high level traits: fun, love, accomplishment, and perfection. We discuss a few specific quadrant theories and how we utilize this at our hosue to discuss how people are different.
