July 19, 2019 / A 2018 Washington Post analysis of Baltimore crime data found that between 2007-2017, 65 percent of all homicide cases during that 10 year period were unsolved, with the highest concentration in northwest Baltimore around Park Heights. The murder of Kevin Jones would very likely be one of those unsolved cases, if not for two things. Five hours after Jones was murdered, a half-mile down the road, Keith Davis Jr. was shot in the face by Baltimore Police. And by then, Homicide Detective Mark Veney was on the case.
Episode scoring music by Blue Dot Sessions, Uncanny Valley and Spencer Burdette.
