Rachael is the founder of SIC, shaking up what it means to have an accessible and inclusive workplace. Disabled since age 12, she has faced barriers to education and the workforce.

An inclusive work culture expert, Rachael takes academic theory combined with lived experience of disability and growing and leading both small and large-scale operations to effectively make change.
