With the weight of the world bearing down on us from all of the negative news being reported and just the pressures of everyday life these are the 3 things that I do to get myself back to a place where I feel inspired to keep fighting the good fight.

In this episode I break down 3 simple things you can do that have proven benefits from my own personal experience to help you feel inspired again and gain momentum back in your life again.

Things can cerainly get heavy in life and when they do, it can lead to stagnation in your life and that stagnation opens the door to a lot of low vibrational negative energy that is really hard to get out of when you get in it.
