In today's episode, the big issue is whether President Biden is being too bipartisan by asking former conservative Republican anti-Trump Senator Jeff Flake to be his ambassador to Turkey. Cliff and I think there's both a philosophical and Machiavellian reason for Biden to choose Flake, so we're on board. We also talk about everyone's favorite Supreme Court jester Brett Kavanaugh, and Trump's recent comments blasting him. Then on to Texas, where Democrats continue to thwart a GOP effort to pass new Jim Crow laws in that state. Next up, Dan Crenshaw has suddenly discovered that the Civil War was bad. And finally, Republican activists -- and Greenwald, of course -- are freaking out that a racist, white supremacist Holocaust-denier was kicked off Twitter.
