In November of 1995, the Missouri Violence Crime Support Unit finalized a review of Springfield P.D.'s investigation into the disappearance of Sherrill Levitt, Suzanne Streeter, and Stacy McCall. During their analysis, they agreed with the suspect list developed by investigators, but believed they should be re-prioritized. This led investigators to shuffle up the deck and begin exploring suspects they'd earlier discounted.
First came Robert Craig Cox, a known abductor and armed robber that was connected to a number of other crimes, including a well-known series of shooting deaths from 1992 and 1993. Then came Larry DeWayne Hall, an alleged serial killer that had been terrorizing young women throughout the Midwest for over a decade, leading to his arrest in December of 1994. They, along with Suzie's brother, Bartt Streeter, found themselves under suspicion as the first decade of the case came to a close...
