She served as Director of Human Resources (HR) Operations & Organizational Development for the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois. While there, she spearheaded comprehensive HR initiatives and operations playing a pivotal role in optimizing service delivery. She takes pride in driving strategic HR direction, most notably in addressing complex workforce challenges with the Chicago Project for Violence Prevention group.
